Ever since I was little, creativity has always been a part of me – through arts & crafts, music, graphic design and photography. My passion for photography grew stronger after having children, when they quickly became my favourite thing to practise on. I live in west London with my husband and three children, in a wonderful mix of Swedish and Indian culture. We spend a lot of our free time going for trips to parks and forests, having too much ice-cream, and seeing our extended family.
As a photographer, I specialise in storytelling photography for families and small businesses. I also take a small number of weddings throughout the year. Most of my sessions take place in the home, or in parks and other spaces that are meaningful to you. My aim is to give you a fun and stress-free session, whilst capturing natural expressions and interactions between family members. Although my sessions are mainly un-posed, I will guide you throughout the session for best possible light and composition.
“Honest, real and evocative work, it’s so good to see the realities of life being celebrated in all their forms.”

"Carin has taken my headshot for my website, then photographed my family and has since done a lot of design work for me. Clearly, I keep coming back because she is extremely talented! I love her authentic style of photography and design."

"I’ve always admired Carin’s art direction and natural storytelling, both working in the design industry we understand the importance of professional, well executed photos. I knew she’d help me feel relaxed and get the expert results I wanted.
I’d highly recommend this experience with Carin, I am totally in awe of her skills and ability to capture me in my environment, not looking like the goofball that I feel that I am. Thank you from the bottom of heart for making me look like the professional I am!"
