When my friend Tina asked if I wanted to photograph her brother's wedding, I felt very honoured, and a fair bit excited! The wedding would take place in the town I spent my first three years as a student; a lovely town by the beautiful lake Vättern in the south part of Sweden. The bride and groom-to-be wanted the photos to be very relaxed and informal, which suited their personalities perfectly.
The day was a hot August day, and after some couple photos down by Tandsticksomradet (literally 'the match area' - where there a long time ago was a match factory) as well as the lake, we went to their hotel for some photos with their children before heading to the church. After that, there was a little time for some more couple photos, and then we headed over to the golf club where the dinner and party took place.
It was a magical day and I'm so glad I got to be a part of it - below are some of the highlights from the day:
